John Warder is the principal trainer and coach of TopTenTalents Group, a Minneapolis based company dedicated to bringing out the best in each individual and team with which he works. He has personally coached & counseled over two thousand professionals, CEO’s, pro athletes, software engineers, teachers, bankers and college students on career choices and performance issues. John has spoken to more than five-hundred businesses and professional groups on corporate staff development and performance. He is a Certified Professional Coach and Trainer. John’s mission in life is to coach & train individuals and Corporate Teams to be more effective, more passionate, and more profitable in both their personal and business lives.

The International Association of Administrative Professionals® (IAAP) is a not-for-profit professional association for office professionals with approximately 28,000 members and affiliates, and nearly 600 chapters worldwide.  Our mission is to enhance the success of career-minded administrative professionals by providing opportunities for growth through education, community building and leadership development.

Our chapter is active with over 35 members.  We truly believe in helping every career-minded administrative professional enhance their success.
